Apples and Cinnamon Oatmeal

3 medium mac apples, cored and chopped1 C sugar3 tbsp cinnamon12 cups water6 C old-fashion oatmeal
Pour water into a pot and set on high. Add apples, cinnamon and sugar and let boil. When water is rolling boil, add oatmeal, stir. Turn down heat to medium. Stir occasionally, for 5 - 7 minutes or until almost all the liquid is absorbed. Cover and remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Spoon into dishes and serve with some cream or milk as desires - the added cream or milk adds extra calories etc.
