Low Carb Bread

Ingredients
2 cups flaxseed meal1 Tbsp baking powder1 tsp table salt1-2 T Splenda5 eggs1/2 cup water1/3 cup canola oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients, then wet.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.

    Very good. I subbed flax meal with gluten free flour and put in pizza pans, 1/2 in each. Then I put the crusts on a pizza stone and made pizza. It is awsome. Also, used 1c flax meal and 1c gluton free flour, added grated sharp chedder cheese. Amazing. Colleeflower - 4/25/11
