Simple Ghoulash

Ingredients
1 cup Elbow macaroni2 oz Ground surloin or extra lean ground chuck1 cup Diced tomatoes* salt, pepper and margarine to taste
Directions
In a pot bring water to a boil and add elbow macaroni cook until preferred doneness, drain. Fry ground surloin until brown, drain any excess greece, pour in diced tomatoes add salt and pepper to taste, mix in elbow macaroni if desired add a tablespoon of margarine for flavor stir until completely melted and blended. Serves 3 to 4 1/2 cup servings
