Crock Pot Roast and Potatos

Ingredients
2lb Pot Roast3 medium potatos (peeled and cut to your choice)4 celery stalks (cut to your choice)3 cups of waterspices of your choice
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes and celery.
Brown 2lb pot roast in a pan w/ olive oil
Throw everything into the crock pot with water and your choice of spices.
Cook for about 6-8 hours.
30 minutes before cooking is complete, cut squash and add to crock pot.
Serve and enjoy.
