terragon spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground turkey5 cans italian stewed tomatoes3 cloves garlic1 med onion4 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp tarragon2tbs majoram2tbs oreganokosher saltpepper
Directions
saute onion in olive oil. add ground turkey and cook through. add 2 cans italian stewed tomatoes from the can, then put other 3 cans italian stewed tomatoes in blender with 3 cloves garlic.
Blend and add to the pot. Add spices and bring to a boil. turn down heat to simmer and cook for 4 hours.
