chicken wirh yellow rice

Ingredients
1 while chicken, skin removedwater to covergoya yellow rice seasoning peas , 1 can or 1 small frozen box defrosted
Directions
put chicken in pot, just cover with wter. Boil until chicken is falling off the bone. remove chicken fomr water allow to cool. cook broth down, or ad water as needed, to make 4 cups. bring to boil and add 2 cups uncooked white rice and 2 packets goya seasoning with saffron. Bring again to boil stir, cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes until rice is done. add deboned chicken and peas. Divide into 4 portions. serve with a salad.
