The BEST Lowfat Rich & Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
6 ounces blue cheese1/4 cup nonfat buttermilk6 Tbsp. nonfat sour cream4 Tbsp. light mayonnaise1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar5 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. garlic powder or fresh garlic (I like fresh) or to taste1/4 tsp. salt or to taste1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper or to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend. There should still be visible chunks of blue cheese.

This recipe makes 32 ounces or 40 tablespoons.
