Healthier Egg Salad

Ingredients
* Tofu, extra firm, 1.5 block (crumbled to look like hard boiled egg whites) * Hard Boiled Egg, 15 large (mashed) * Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 13 tbsp * Pickle Relish, 4 tbsp *Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (2 slices per serv), 16 serving * Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste* Optional: 4 T. dijon mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well.
Divide egg salad among sandwiches and serve. :)
