2 Cup Fat Free Milk1 pkg Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla or White Chocolate Pudding Mix2 Cups Cool Whip Free Topping18 Ladyfinger Cookies, Split2-1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee1/2 Cup Warm Water1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Mix together pudding mix and milk, gently fold in cool whip topping, set in refrigerator until set.
Split ladyfinger and place cut side up in a 11x7x2 pan.
Dissolve coffee with water, pour half over the ladyfingers and then spread half of the pudding mixture. Top with remaining ladyfingers, then coffee then pudding mix. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve
