Honey Dijon Chicken Bake

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed)1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (use a 50% less fat can of soup to make the recipe even healthier)1 tbsp of honey3 tbsp Dijon mustardI have experimented with adding mixed vegetables to the dish, it's not bad but will affect how long the chicken takes to bake.
Mix together soup, honey, and dijon mustard well.
Place chicken in shallow 1.5L baking dish.
Spread mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F until chicken is cooked through (about 40 mins).
Serve over a bed of rice or pasta.
