Indian Zucchini Curry

Ingredients
2-3 Zucchini or Squash1 Large Onion1 Large Tomato3 Cloves Garlic3tsp freshly grated Ginger1 cup Frozen Corn Kernels1 Tbsp Salt3 Tbsp Canola Oil
Directions
Cut and cook all ingredients in a large skillet until vegetables are soft about 15-20 minutes. Tastes great with Roti or Pita Bread!
