11 g fat! 56 mg of Cholesterol! and almost 600 mg of salt! for one small enchilada. This is NOT a dieters best friend. Too unhealthy all the way around. Not, not, not a good thing - 8/20/10

So, so good - especially if you are craving mexican. Made it for fellow dieters and for my non-dieting, picky family and it was a hit with both! Definitely will make again. - 2/11/10

Amazing, used less cheese though. I will be making this often! - 9/22/09

Made this with a lot less cheese, and there was a lot of sauce left over (it never got very thick) but it was really good and even the picky eaters in the family were happy! - 8/25/09

This was absolutely delicious! I'm gluten intolerant, so I used gluten free enchilada sauce & gluten free flour. It has more fat, calories & sodium that my usual, but I ate healthier for breakfast & lunch so I could have 2 servings. It was a family event with everyone helping make it & clean up! - 1/19/21

I make my own enchilada sauce, it is so easy to do and not preservatives and much less salt. - 12/17/18

was really good. I don't know if it was just me, but these were a pain to make. I flt like I dirtied up 50 pans! lol But hubs loved them and had no clue it was turkey. I used whole wheat tortilla because that is what I had on hand and I think it kinda messed with the flavor a bit. Still I will make - 1/16/14

According to this each person would get 1/8 pound of turkey! That is not much for 250 calories! - 3/6/10
