Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
extra-lean ground turkey (20 oz package)olive oil - 2 tbspfresh spinach, chopped - 2 cupswhole wheat bread - 1 slice crumbledegg white - one egg white (use a whole egg if you prefer)garlic - 2 clovesoregano - 2 tsp.garlic powder - to tastesalt - to tastepepper - to tasteServes 6
Directions
Mix ingredients together and form into hamburger patties. Press thin and fry up in a pan with a little cooking spray (I use an olive oil mister.) Enjoy!
