Creamed Tuna on Toast

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Margarine3 Tbsp Flour2 Cups Milk, 2 %3 cans of TunaWheat Bread, toasted
Directions
In large pan heat margarine until it is melted and bubbling. (NOTE: have your flour close by and be ready to scoop it in!)
Add flour, use whisk to mix flour and butter. Mix until the mixture becomes crumb like.
Add milk, a little bit at a time.
(NOTE: You may need more than 2 cups, depends.) Keep it stirred constantly. You don't want to take your eyes off or walk away or it WILL stick.
Once the white sauce is thickened, add your tuna. And it is READY!

Break up a slice of toast and pour 1 ladle of sauce on top.

Makes about 6-8 servings.
