* Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove) * Hot Chili Peppers, 15 grams (remove) * Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked (remove) * *Rice Vinegar Japaniese, 4 tbsp (remove) * Water, tap, 60 mL (remove)
Directions


In a small pot, heat chili, vinegar, salt, sugar and garlic together over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture thickens to a syrupy consistency. Makes 5 servings.
