Ingredients
3 Tbs. soy flour1 Tbs. flax seed meal1 Tbs. parmesan cheese, grated1 Tbs. cornstarch1 large egg2 tsp. baking powder3/4 water1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Add water little at a time until right consistancy. Dip meat or poultry into batter and deep fry.
