German Skillet Supper

Ingredients
Peppers, sweet, raw, sliced, 1 largeRed Potato, about 5, chopped with skinsOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedApples, fresh, 1 large, chopped with skinsSauerkraut, 1 small package, drainedHillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, 1 package, slicedGarlic, 3 cloves choppedCauliflower, raw, 1 head, large, separated into floretswater, 2 tbsp
Directions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, simmer water and cauliflower for 5 minutes, covered. Drain water. Add pepper, onion, potato, and stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5 minutes; add garlic and kielbasa and stir-fry for another 5 minutes or until potatoes start to indicate done-ness. Fold in apples and sauerkraut; stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
