    this was and still is the best recipe for steak marinades, if you like to cube it and serve on a bed of rice, marinade and then cook it with all juice in a frying pan, it is awesome. thank you so much for this. - 12/3/14

    Left out hot pepper sauce and had no lemon, so used white wine vinegar. Also used fresh basil & fresh garlic. Put it all in blender so need to chop basil & garlic. - 8/11/13

    I will definitely be using this marinade again. It called for hot pepper sauce. I used Vlasic hot pepper juice instead and didn't put any black pepper in. FANTASTIC! Thank you so much for the marinade. It is excellent. - 6/20/11
