Brown sugar mashed sweet potatos

(2) medium sweet potatos (each about 5 inches long)(1) tablespoon Becel original margarine(1/3) cup lightly packed brown sugar(1) tsp salt You can add any spices you may like such as:(1/4) tsp cinnamon and/or nutmeg
Start by peeling the sweet potatos then cut them into half inch slices (cutting the larger middle slices in half) so all the peices are about the same size. Place the sweet potatos in a mircowavesafe bowl with a vented lid & add 2 tbsp of water. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 6 min or until the sweet potato pieces are soft. Drain any excess water out of the bowl. Use a potato masher or a large fork to mash the sweet potatos until they are smooth. Add the margarine, brown sugar, salt and any spices you may like, then stir until smooth . Serve while hot.
