6 slices 100% Whole Wheat bread2 eggs1 tsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup milk3 pats of butter3 tbsp agave nectar
Makes 3 2-slice servings
Preheat cast iron griddle over medium heat and lightly oil
Beat eggs with sugar, cinnamon & milk in pie plate
Dip bread in egg mixture
Place on hot griddle, cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip to cook other side
Serve 2 slices with pat of butter and 1 tablespoon of agave
