Ingredients
2 large eggs1 strip of green bell pepper, chopped into tiny pieces2 thin slices of yellow onion, chopped into tiny pieces1 small button mushroom3 leaves of spinach
Directions
1. Preheat skillet on med heat, adding a dash of oil olive or cooking spray

2. Chop all veggies into tiny pieces

3. Beat eggs

3. Add veggies to eggs

4. Place the ingredients into the skillet and cook about 5 min, flipping once
