Two hardboiled eggs, with yolks.Two hardboiled eggs, without yolks. Two Oroweat "Sandwich Thins" 2 tbs. Hellman's Canola Oil Mayonnaise15 green olives (we used Hyvee Brand)One medium tomatoLeaf Lettuce
Chop eggs and yolks, mix with mayonnaise and salt/pepper to taste. Slice olives and mix.
Spread on bread. Add slices of tomato and leaf lettuce.
