Oatmeal Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Cook at 400 F for 20 minutes. Can add nuts if you want.Preheat over at 400F and put your paper cups in the 12 muffin tins.Combine 1 1/2 cup of flour1/2 cup sugar1 cup of oats2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking sodaDash of saltMix together and make a well in center.I use a 4 cup measuring cup and mash my 2 Bananas, and add1/4 cup milk1/4 cup oil2 eggsBeat the wet ingredients well and pour in with the dry. Stir just to combine and pour into muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes. Wait 5 minutes to remove paper or they will stick to muffin. I store these in a plastic bag and they stay nice and moist. If left on the counter they dry up quickly. ENJOY!
