1 pound extra lean ground beef2 8oz. cans dice tomatoes, no salt2 8oz. cans dark red kidney beans1 32oz. package of frozen Mexican Fiesta Blend Veg.(corn,black beans)2 cups chopped onions3 tbs. chili powder ( more or less depending on how hot you want it.)1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
In 12-inch skillet, cook groud beef and onions over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes including liquid,beans, and Mexican Fiesta Blend Veg.; Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve. and Enjoy!
