Didi's Baked Plantains

Ingredients
1 lb plantains1/2 cup orange juice2 tbsp honey1 tbsp grated orange rind OR 1 tbsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Pell and cut plantains crosswise in 2-3 pieces, 1/2 inch thick. Place in greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the plantain. Bake at 350 degrees until nicely browned; about 20-25 minutes.
