Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 can kidney beans1 packet taco seasoning1 bottle Catalina dressingHead of lettucetomatoshredded cheddar cheese1 bag Doritos crushed
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain fat and rinse ground beef to get rid of excess fat. Add kidney beans, taco seasoning, and dressing to meat. Simmer for 1/2 hour stirring occasionally. Make a salad with lettuce and tomatos. Pour meat mixture over top and add shredded cheddar cheese. Add Doritos just before serving. Toss and enjoy
