BBQ Meatloaf

1.5 lb. extra lean ground beef(i.e. 95%)2/3 C, separated your favorite BBQ sauce(we like Jack Daniels or Sweet Baby Ray's)1/2 C. Quick coking oats2 egg whites1 T. Worcestershire sauceSalt & pepper, to your liking
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set oven for 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except the BBQ sauce. Once all ingredients are in the bowl, add 1/3 C. BBQ sauce to the mixture and stir up, coating everything together.
Spread in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. After the 45 minutes, place remaining 1/3 C. BBQ on top of the meatloaf and finish baking until completely heated through.
Makes about 6 21/2 in. slices
