Paula's Beef Stew- soup style

Ingredients
7-8 oz top sirloin( or use leftovers)1 12oz can roast beef(undrained)1 bag frozen stew veg mix(potato, carrot, onion, celery)1 cup long grain rice1 can steak and potato soup2 small cups sliced mushrooms(undrained)2 cups waterpepper to taste
Directions
Salt and pepper sirloin then -Grill sirloin and chop into cubes(cooking time depends on thickness of meat)

meanwhile in a large pot mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 5 minutes then turn off heat( leave pan on burner) cover and allot to sit until rice is done. Add cubed sirloin just before serving.

Makes 6 generous servings!
