Lazy Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls

1/2 head green cabbage, shredded1/2 block firm tofu, drained and sliced into slivers1 1/2 cups Minute Rice Instant Brown Rice1/2 cup vegetable broth2 tsp soft margarine4 dashes salt, any variety2 tsp worchestershire sauce1 dash cayenne pepper
Slice tofu into slivers and toss into frying pan. Combine 1 tsp margarine, worchestershire sauce, salt and cayenne pepper and allow tofu to season until all liquid is evaporated, medium heat. Toss in shredded cabbage and remainder of margarine. Allow cabbage to become soft, stirring constantly. Microwave rice as per instructions on box. When rice is done, pour into frying pan and continue to cook. Allow 10 minutes for all flavors to combine. Take off heat and serve.
