Biggest Loser Salmon Kababs

Ingredients
1 Pound THICK skinless Salmon fillets, cut into 24 cubes24 canned, unsweetened pineapple chunks24 (1") squares of sweet onion2 TBS teriyaki sauce
Directions
In medium resealable container, combine salmon, pineapple, and onion. Add the teriyaki sauce and toss. Cover and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill on high.

Thread 1 piece onion, pineapple and salmon on skewer. Repeat until skewer is full. Continue on all skewers, until ingredients are gone.

Place on grill and cookv3-5 minutes rotating as necessary until salmon is pink and opaque.
