Ingredients
papdi nearly 6Tamarind chutney nearly 2.5 tbspCoriander chutney - 2 tspSev fried - around a handful - 10 gmsboiled diced potatoes - 0.5 cuptomatoes - 0.5 cup choppedonions - finely chopped 1 tbspcoriander leaf dressing
Directions
spread the papdi on a plate. place on top of each papdi a few chopped potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Pour in the tamarind sauce and then the coriander chutney. Dressing is done usually with the sev and coriander leaf on top. Serve fresh as soon as preparation.
