Rice With Bacon

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups of water1/2 cup rice1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 tbsp butter3 slices of bacon
Directions
Cook the 3 slices of bacon very crisp and set aside.

Put water in a small pot and add salt, pepper and butter. Bring water to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat. No need to cover. Cook rice until soft with a little liquid remaining. Crumble bacon into the pot of rice. Mix thououghly and serve. This feeds 1 person for a dinner.
