acorn squash soup

Ingredients
Squash, winter, acorn, cooked, baked, with salt, 6 cup, cubes (remove)Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)Sour Cream, reduced fat, 4 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
cut in half 3 acorn squashes and put in backing pan face down fill with 1 inch of water and bake for abour 45mins to 1 hour at 400 untill soft

scoop out insides into pot and stir in on high 2 cups of veg broth
once combined add sour cream and spices
