American Asian Chicken

Ingredients
*Thin, skinless, boneless chicken breasts (6) or thick, skinless, boneless chicken breasts (3) roughly 100 grams each*Smooth peanut butter (feel free to use low sodium)*Soy sauce (feel free to use low sodium)
Directions
(1)Take the thick chicken breasts and cut it in half horizontally. If still thick, beat with a meat mallet until thin.
(2)Mix peanut butter and soy together until well blended. There should be no liquid left and the peanut butter should be dark.
(3)Set oven to high broil
(4)Coat chicken with peanut butter and soy blend
(5)Put chicken in oven and watch carefully. Turn over in 2-5 minutes
(6) Cool and eat
