Skillet Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved and rough stems removed1 c. water1 med onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp grated Parmesansalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet until hot. Add Brussels sprouts and saute until brown. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir until almost all water has evaporated. Add in onion and garlic and cook until softened.

2. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
