Spicy Tuna Dinner

Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked brown rice1 can tuna drained1/4 cup canned peas drained6-8 slices canned jalapenos1 dash paprika1 dash ground black pepper2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
Directions
Lightly spray cooking pan wit Pam. Place over low heat to warm up. Combine all ingredients into the pan, mix well. heat 5-8 mins or until food is hot! Transfer to plate and enjoy!
