* Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz (remove) * *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 16 tbsp (remove) * Tomatillos, 3 medium (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips (remove) * Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (14 oz), ready-to-serve (remove)1 tsp. cumin1 T. flour
Brown the beef cubes, Add onions, peppers and tomatillos and cook until soft, add salsa, broth, cumin and flour. Cook for 20 minutes and serve.
