Red potato salad

Ingredients
1 lb red potatos2 tbsp fat free sour cream2 tbsp light olive oil mayo1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard2 scallions, grilled
Directions
Boil red potatos till cooked, cool. while cooling cook scallions on stove top grill or barbique. let those cool as
well.

In a bowl combine potatos with sour cream, mayo and dijon mustard. Chop scallions and combine with other ingrediants....

please note: you can use your own mustard of choice, but
it may affect nutritionals....
