Egg Noodles, enriched, 8 oz I can diced Green Chili Peppers.5 cup Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 grams 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free .25 cup chopped onion 1 pat of butter8 oz of shredded Chicken
Prepare egg noodles per packet instructions and set aside. In a medium saucepan cook onions in butter in until translucent then add green chilies to pot. After chilies are warm mix in soup and broth. Stir well then add cream cheese and mix until blended. Then stir in chicken, noodles and cheddar cheese (reserve some cheese for the top of casserole). Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees or until cheese is melted and brown.
