Ingredients
3 egg white 2 sevings of crab select1 tsp basil1 tsp veg oil1tsp thymepinch of b pepper
Directions
heat up a skillet with i tsp of veg oil. in a bowl mix the egg white , the crab, add 1 tsp of fresh or dried basil, 1 tsp thyme and season with black pepper. mix well and cook in the skillet until its done and fluffy. enjoy!
