Ingredients
3 eggs1 c. apple sauce 2 1/2 c. Splenda2 c. graded zucchini3 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. each of salt- baking soda- cinnamon3 c. wheat flour1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Directions
Makes 2 loafs. I cut them into 8 slices per loaf. You can make them as big or as small as you would like. This is still a much healthier choice if you are wanting that zucchini bread.
