Ingredients
1 carton plain nonfat yogurtcheese cloth
Directions
Place a colander in a large bowl
Line colander with triple thickness of cheese cloth
Empty carton of yogurt onto cloth.
Place in refridgerator and allow to drain until no more whey comes out, approximately 12 hours.


Use in place of cream cheese in recipes. Can also be mixed with other foods to add creaminess. Takes on their flavor nicely. (Nutrition information is for Dannon yogurt).
