Teriyaki Tilapia Baked in Foil

Ingredients
2 3oz tiliapia filetsfresh broccoli2T teriyaki sauce
Directions
Place each tilapia filet on a piece of foil sprayed with Pam. Place broccoli (or whatever verggies you like) over fish. Sprinkle each with teriyaki sauce
Fold up edges of foil to make a pocket. Place in hot 450* oven for 25-30 minutes.

Make 2 3oz servings.

    It was delicious! I used low sodium teriyaki sauce, and used more about 1/4 cup - and I added about a tbs of cayenne and 1/2 tbs of ground pepper.
    I made mashed potatoes on the side - and drizzled the remaining teriyaki sauce over the mashed potatoes.
