Ground Chicken goulash with macaroni

Ingredients
Lake Lanier Ground chicken 4 oz b4 cooking, 16 oz S and W organic tomatoes .5 cup, 3.5 cup Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Onions, raw, 1 large *Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup elbow shaped *Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce, 3 tsp Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 4 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Salt and pepper to tasteLow fat grated cheese (1/4 cup)
Directions
makes approx. 8 1-cup servings.
on top of stove, Brown ground chicken, add sliced celery and sliced onion and cook for 10 min. or so. Add two 15 oz. cans of diced tomatoes and 1 cup of macaroni and worchestershire sauce.
In microwave, cook four peppers cut in half for about 3 min. (I like mine somewhat firm). Once macaroni is cooked through in the goulash mix, put some in each half of a pepper, sprinkle with a bit of grated cheese and cook in microwave for another minute or two.
Use salt and pepper to taste.
