Ingredients
Mix 1 cup Bulgar with 1.4oz of Knorr Vegetable Dip mix. Heat 2 cups water to a boil, stir in ingredients, cover with lid and remove from heat. Bulgar will be fluffy in about an hour!

    Yum yum, and easy.
    The 1 cup of bulgar was very simple to measure.
    The Knorr vegetable dip x was unavailable, so I just used a vegetable soup mix instead. It worked just fine.

    This is a great side dish. The second time I made it I added extra carrots, zuchinni, onion and celery for even more nutrition. Next time I think I will add some cooked chicken for a non vegetarian meal. - 7/17/07
