4-5 eggsquart cup milktblsp marg (for scrambles)2 tsp of lite marg (for toast)2 slices white bread
Cook Scrambles in micro on high for 4 mins or until cooked, stirring every minute to break up egg. Do not over cook as eggs will seperate from the milk and you will get a liquid left at the end. It is best to stop cooking just before it is finished and let it stand for few mins. The eggs will keep cooking during standing, just enough to finish the job without overcooking.
In the meantime prepare the toast with lite margarine.
Serve with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cheese for added flavour. (Not included in nutrition calculator)
