L.R Blueberry, chocolate chip and ginger cookies

Ingredients
240g (2 cups) whole wheat flour50g (1/2 cup) wheat germ1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ginger3 large eggs150g (1 cup) sucanat or brown sugar1/3 cup virgin coconut oil2 tsp. vanilla extract110g (1 cup) oat bran4oz. (2/3 cup) Hershey's special dark chocolate chips2/3 cup dried blueberries (or other dried fruit)45g (1/3 cup) finely chopped crystallized ginger
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375. Combine flour, wheat germ, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ginger. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sucanat, oil and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by cookie scoopfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Flatten with wet fingers. Bake for about 10 minutes. Makes about 38 cookies.
