Ingredients
16 oz Can chickpeas2 Lg Garlic clove, mushed,2T Roasted Tahini¼ C Lemon Juice½ tsp CuminPinch Cayenne2T Parsley1T Red Onion, minced, 1 roasted red bell pepper
Directions
6 x heaping 1/4 cup servings

Drain chickpeas and reserve ½ Cup juice.
Pour beans into water and rub with fingers till skins come off
Blend everything except parsley & Onion till smooth
Add parsley & Onion and blend just to mix
Sprinkle with olive oil & paprika
