Black Bean Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients
Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix (13 x 9 Family Size)15 oz can Black Beans (Kuner's - No Salt Added)1 C shredded Zucchini
Directions
Process the beans (do not drain) in a food processor until creamy. Mix the beans with the brownie mix until completely mixed. Stir in the shredded zucchini. Line 20 muffin cups with paper liners. Fill each 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.

    These are really delicious. I just made them. I used a different brand of brownie mix and beans because that is all the store I went to had. I had an extra zucchini from my garden so I used part of that. I am just getting my calorie count way off from what is listed. Please help. - 7/27/12
