16 oz whipping cream2 lbs ground italian sausage1 bunch of kale1 jalepeno pepper1 onion chopped1 medium bell pepper3 stalks green onion chopped1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp minced garlic1 cup shredded 5 cheese3 potatoes
heat olive oil , brown garlic, add sausage , peppers and onions brown and drain xcess oil add 2 quarts water. Add potatoes cut in quarters. boil for 25 minutes, add whipping cream green onions and kale and cheese. simmer for 20 minutes.
